  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.

  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

3. Payment Terms We currently accept the following payment methods for orders within Pakistan:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Payment must be made in full to the courier upon delivery of the goods.
  • Direct Bank Transfer: Orders will only be processed and shipped once the funds have cleared in our business bank account.

4. Shipping and Delivery We currently ship across Pakistan. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service. GENXMall is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds Our Return and Refund Policy is governed separately. Generally, if a product is defective or damaged upon arrival, you must contact us within a specified period with proof of damage to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

6. User Comments and Feedback If you send certain specific submissions (for example, reviews) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, or proposals, you agree that we may, at any time, edit, copy, publish, distribute, and otherwise use them. We are under no obligation to pay compensation for any comments or to respond to any comments.
