We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. GENXMall offers a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy for our customers.
Conditions for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unused condition, with all packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories completely intact.
For Solar & Electronic Equipment: Please ensure that items like inverters or batteries are not installed or tampered with. Returns for these items will only be accepted if they are in pristine, unboxed condition or if a verified manufacturing defect is found.
If the product is damaged during transit by the courier, please notify us immediately upon delivery with photographic proof.
Important: Products damaged due to customer mishandling, improper installation, or electrical fluctuations will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Once the returned item is received and inspected at our Lahore facility, we will process your refund via Direct Bank Transfer within standard working days.
The product will not be accepted for a return or exchange if:
Any original component, accessory, user manual, or part of the packaging is missing.
The original GENXMall purchase receipt or digital order invoice is not provided.
The official warranty card (especially for solar equipment and electronics) is missing, damaged, or altered.
There is no clear photographic or video evidence provided to prove the defect or damage.
Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected by our technical team, approved refunds will be securely transferred to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days.

What are the delivery charges?
We charge nothing for normal orders. For heavy items like solar batteries, shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery across most cities in Pakistan. You can also pay via Direct Bank Transfer for a contact-less experience.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard orders take 3 to 5 working days to arrive. Heavy equipment shipments might take 5 to 7 working days depending on your city.
